Ms Mbali Mpanza is an experienced geologist and researcher, having worked for a decade. She started as a Geologist in Training at Samancor Chrome Western Chrome Mines and was later promoted to Sectional Geologist. She also worked as an Associate Lecturer at the University of the Witwatersrand while pursuing her Master's Degree in Geostatistics. She has worked as a freelance resource geology consultant and a researcher at the University of Johannesburg. Ms Mpanza holds an MBA and is currently pursuing her PhD. She is a registered Professional Natural Scientist with SACNASP and a member of GASA.
With more than ten years of experience, Mr. Dikgwatlhe is a Senior Lecturer and Mining Coordinator at the Department of Electrical and Mining Engineering, College of Science, Engineering and Technology (CSET), University of South Africa (UNISA). He has honed his skills in exploration and production activities of gold, platinum, and coal mining, including strategy formulation and execution.
